Description
BatchScpQuery
requests the status of the customer record associated with a group
of numbers at one or more SCPs.
The following are the allowed fields in reqparams:

dnlist
The list of numbers to be queried.
ed
The effective date of the record to be queried.
et
The effective time of the record to be queried.
MGI Messages
BatchScpQuery sends a
REQ-SCP message
with an action code of Q.
The response message is a RSP-SCP.
