NumberQueryAll
Query number and customer record information
Description
NumberQueryAll
queries the administrative information associated with a number,
as well as the status of customer records for the number.
The following are the allowed fields in reqparams:

The number to be queried.
MGI Messages
NumberQueryAll
sends a REQ-NSR message with an action code of Q.
The response message is a RSP-NSR.
A REQ-CRQ is then sent to retrieve customer record status
information. If more than 10 customer records exist for the
number, additional REQ-CRQ messages are sent.
For each REQ-CRQ message sent a RSP-CRQ
message is received.
