Below is the Directory Assistance area of the SMS/800 CAD screen:
The following table describes each of the fields:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Directory Assistance Type | Choose one of the following: Normal, Government, or Frequently Called. |
| Update | Check this box to indicate the Directory Assistance provider requested the change. |
| Listing Type | Choose one of the following: Blocked, Published, Non-Published. |
| Listing Address | Enter the address of the company to be used in Directory Assistance. |
| Names | Enter one or more listing names. At least one name is required. |
