This screen allows you to view and update the most recent customer activation record for Verizon 0222 or create a new activation record.

To access the Verizon 0222 tab of Record Management, select the Record Mgmt link located in the Number Admin section of the menu and then select the Verizon 0222 tab.

The screen is divided into two main areas:

• a top frame for pre-populating the carrier routing data from an existing customer record, and for specifying the toll-free number for the record to be created
• a lower area containing administrative number information.
  Select/Schedule

  The top section of the Verizon 0222 screen appears as follows:

  

  At any point you have the option of populating the screen from an existing record. The record may be selected by entering a toll-free number in the Toll Free Number field under the Select area on the left side of this frame. A toll-free number does not need be selected; you may instead enter all the data yourself.

  When populating a record by entering the toll-free number, hit the TAB key after typing in the number.
  Carrier Routing Data

  The carrier routing information section appears as follows:

  

  The Number Information section of this screen defines the data required to activate a number in Verizon's 0222 CIC. The table below describes the fields for this section.

  Field	Description
  Corp ID	The Verizon Corporate Identifier in which this number is to be activated.
  Super Plan ID	The pre-defined Verizon Super Plan ID in which this number is to be activated.

  Once the desired information has been specified, the target toll-free number is entered. This is done by entering your number in the Toll Free Number field on the right Schedule column at the top of the screen.

  If a toll-free number was selected above, it will automatically be placed in the Schedule Toll Free Number field. You may leave it unchanged to send a new record for the selected number, or change it to a different number. This allows you to select the carrier routing data for one number and send it for another (i.e., do a copy from one number to another within the Verizon 0222 screen).

  Select the button in the non-scrollable area at the top of the screen. A message will appear in the response frame (the area below the carrier routing data) indicating the status of the request.

  Batch Change

  This function allows you to change the routing of more than one toll-free number. The number information from will be sent for the given set of numbers.

  Fill in the carrier routing fields as discussed above. However, instead of entering a toll-free number and hitting the button, leave the toll-free number field blank and click the button. The Batch Popup will appear. See Batches in the Common Features section for details on the Batch Popup.

  It is possible that the toll-free number you are currently viewing has been modified by another user or by the system. Select the button to force the screen to repopulate all data for the currently selected toll-free number.

  Number History
  The Toll Free Number field under both the Select and Schedule sections of the top frame can provide a history of the number entered into the field. Clicking on the . image to the right of the field will produce a popup containing the change history of the selected number. For more information, see Number History.
